PVWC Announces Upcoming Launch of New Payment System & Customer Portal

(Clifton, N.J. – July 31, 2025) – Passaic Valley Water Commission (PVWC) is excited to announce that a new, user-friendly payment system, featuring an enhanced customer portal, is anticipated to go live early this Fall.

 

This upgraded system will provide more flexibility, convenience, and payment options for all PVWC customers, including:

 

AutoPay

AutoPay will once again be available for customers seeking the convenience of automatic payments. Customers must enroll or re-enroll in AutoPay when the new system goes live.

 

E-Billing

Customers who prefer to go paperless will be able to opt-in for E-Bills. Re-enrollment will be required to continue receiving bills electronically.

 

Digital Wallet Payments

The new system will support popular digital wallets, allowing customers to pay using:

  • PayPal
  • PayPal Credit
  • Venmo
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

 

In-Store Payments at Walmart

In a new offering, customers will soon be able to pay their PVWC bill at any Walmart location using cash, debit, or UCards. Simply visit the customer service desk and request to pay your Passaic Valley Water Commission bill.

 

In addition to these new features, PVWC will continue to offer:

  • Major credit/debit card payments
  • e-Checks
  • Pay-by-Text
  • 24-hour Interactive Phone System payments

 

Important: All customers will need to register their account in the new Customer Portal once it launches, even if they were previously enrolled.
