PVWC Launches New Customer Payment System – Paymentus

(Clifton, N.J. – September 25, 2025) – Passaic Valley Water Commission (PVWC) is excited to announce that its new, user-friendly payment system, Paymentus, is now live. This upgraded customer portal provides more flexibility, convenience, and payment options to better serve PVWC customers.

New Features Available with Paymentus:
•    AutoPay – Customers must enroll or re-enroll for automatic payments.
•    E-Billing – Go paperless by opting in (re-enrollment required).
•    Digital Wallet Payments – Pay easily using PayPal, PayPal Credit, Venmo, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
•    In-Store Payments at Walmart – Pay your PVWC bill at any Walmart location with cash, debit, or UCards.

Continued Payment Options:
•    Major credit/debit card payments
•    e-Checks
•    Pay-by-Text
•    24-hour Interactive Phone System payments

Important: All customers must register their account in the new Paymentus Customer Portal, even if they were previously enrolled in PVWC’s old system.
