(Clifton, N.J. – April 20, 2026) – Passaic Valley Water Commission (PVWC) is reminding all customers that they must re-enroll in AutoPay through the company’s new payment system, Paymentus, which officially went live last September.

PVWC has received feedback that some customers believe their previous AutoPay enrollment carried over from the former system, Invoice Cloud. This is not the case. Customers who wish to continue automatic payments must sign up again in the new Paymentus Customer Portal to avoid missed or delayed payments.

Customers can register their account or make a one-time payment by visiting: https://ipn4.paymentus.com/cp/pawc

Key Features Available with Paymentus:

AutoPay: Enrollment or re-enrollment is required to activate automatic payments
E-Billing: Customers must opt in again to receive paperless billing
Digital Wallet Payments: Pay using PayPal, PayPal Credit, Venmo, Apple Pay, or Google Pay
In-Store Payments at Walmart: Pay bills in person with cash, debit, or UCards

Additional Payment Options Include:

• Major credit/debit cards
• e-Checks
• Pay-by-Text
• 24-hour Interactive Phone System

Important Reminder: All customers must create a new account in the Paymentus system—even if they were previously registered in Invoice Cloud.

PVWC appreciates customers’ patience during this transition and encourages anyone with questions to contact Customer Service at 973-340-4300 (Option #2) or customerservice@pvwc.com.
