About Us PVWC is a public drinking water supplier owned by the cities of Paterson, Clifton, and Passaic.
Water Main Replacements PVWC manages more than 650 miles
of underground pipeline. Laid end-to-end, our
underground pipeline would stretch from Clifton
to Indianapolis and beyond.
