Passaic Valley Water Commission (PVWC) reorganized its Board of Commissioners on Wednesday, with the appointments of Deb Rizzi (Clifton) as President, Carmen DePadua (Paterson) as Vice-President, Ron Van Rensalier (Passaic) as Treasurer, and Ruby N. Cotton (Paterson) as Secretary.

PVWC Lifts Boil Water Advisory for Approx. 300 Customers in Paterson

Passaic Valley Water Commission (PVWC – NJ1605002) announces that the Boil Water Advisory issued on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, has been lifted for residents and businesses on Montgomery Street from Summer Street to Rosa Parks Boulevard.

PVWC Issues Boil Water Advisory for Approx. 300 Paterson Customers

Due to a 6-inch water main break near 79 Montgomery Street, Passaic Valley Water Commission (PVWC) has issued a boil water advisory for approximately 300 residents in the City of Paterson. This boil water advisory is limited to Montgomery Street from Summer Street to Rosa Parks Boulevard. Some residents in the area may experience low water pressure, discolored water or temporary loss of service.
